About John

I established the Enfield Osteopathic Clinic in Bush Hill Park, Enfield, in 1997. With over 29 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about helping people reach their optimal health potential by improving quality of life through pain relief, enhanced mobility, and health education.

Treatment Approach

My osteopathic work uses gentle manual techniques to encourage movement in stiff and restricted joints and to relieve tension in tight muscles.
Each patient receives a comprehensive osteopathic assessment to establish an accurate diagnosis and a personalised treatment plan tailored to individual needs. “second opinion service for patients whose problems have not responded to other treatments.

IDD Therapy (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics)

I provide IDD Therapy, a non-invasive spinal treatment targeting specific intervertebral segments.
This therapy helps decompress injured or degenerated discs, improve mobility, and relieve back pain. It is especially beneficial for patients with chronic pain or those considering spinal injections or surgery.

Philosophy

I enjoy listening to my patients’ stories and understanding their recovery goals. This individualised attention helps them feel supported throughout their healing journey.
